Moorland utilise the latest software to assist our experienced customer service team in the processing of all referrals and script requests, ensuring patients receive the goods they order in line with the referrer recommendations.

We will provide GP Surgeries the details of the health care professional who referred the patient and any deviation from the initial script request will be reported to the patient’s GP for authorisation.
